Ingredients:
5 pounds russet potatoes
8 hard-boiled eggs
2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
1/2 sweet gherkin pickles pot

6 tablespoons mayonnaise
1. Prepare the ingredients: onions, diced pickles cultures, celery chop, mashed eggs.2. Boil the potatoes in their skins until semi-soft (easily prick with a fork).3. Drain and cool.4. Chicken curry
3 pounds chicken breast (boneless, skinless).
Curry powder 1/2 cup (hot, sweet or regular).
1 green onion stem.
1 medium onion.
1 c. Thyme.
salt and pepper to taste.
1 c. Allspice (optional).
1 tbls. cooking oil.
Clean the chicken well and cut them into pieces of right size. Add all the spices for the chicken and marinate for at least 3 hours. Brown chicken slightly, leaving some spices in the bowl. Add water in the bowl and pour into the pot. Make sure there is enough water in the pot bottom for chicken simmered in. Cook over medium heat until the liquid begins to thicken and becomes salsa. Make sure the chicken is done (no traces of pink).Serve with rice and green vegetables and enjoy.
Lightside (Joke)
An elderly woman had just returned home from church services when an intruder surprised. She called the man in the act of stealing his valuables from the house and shouted: "Stop Acts 2:38" (what he read in the Bible that night).

Cornbread
Alder 1 cup yellow corn meal.
1 cup all-purpose flour.
half cup of granulated sugar.
1 tbsp. Yeast.
1 c. Salt.
1 cup milk.
One-third cup of vegetable oil.
3 large eggs, lightly beaten.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Place two tablespoons. butter in 8-inch square pan. Place in hot oven until the butter is melted. Combine dry ingredients in a medium bowl. Combine milk, oil and eggs in a small bowl. Mix well. Add milk mixture to flour mixture; stir until smooth. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick in the center comes out clean. Serve warm.
APPLE PIE
Four golden delicious apples.
Fuji 4 blocks.
1 cup of sugar.
1 tablespoon flour.
1 teaspoon cinnamon.
1 teaspoon vanilla.
1 tablespoon butter.
(Bark).
2 1/2 cups flour.
1 cup Crisco.
5-7 tablespoons of water.
Core Peel and slice the apples.
Place apples in a bowl with all other ingredients except the butter filling.Cut Crisco into flour with pastry blender until crumbly.Add 5-7 tablespoons of ice water and mix the dough with your hands.Divide the dough into two balls.Roll half the dough on a floured surface with a rolling pin. Place in the bottom of a baking dish and fill with stuffing.Roll out the second half of the mass of the upper crust. Place it over the apple mixture.Bake the cake for one hour at 425 degrees, and then for 15 minutes at 375 degrees.
SALMON
4 (6 oz) salmon fillets.
1 lemon.
1 tbsp. oat bran.
1 1/2 c. dill.
1/2 tsp. thyme leaves.
1/2 tsp. onion powder.
1 lemon.
1 c. Paprika.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine oat bran, dill, thyme leaves, onion powder and paprika. Sprinkle salmon fillets. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges. Makes 4 servings.
STEW
4 potatoes.
1 1b. Ground beef.
chili powder and Toni seasoning.
2 ranch beans boxes.
1 can of corn in whole grains.
1 onion.
chopped corn chips.
1 small can of tomato sauce.
Boil the potatoes with chili powder.
Brown ground beef with onion and seasonings.
Drain the potatoes; not empty the pot, put the potatoes in the pan and add the meat mixture, beans, corn and tomato salsa. Serve with corn chips

4.3 T vinegar.

1.Boil your potato skin until soft.
2. Chop the onion.
3. Leave the potatoes are in cold water until you can managethey. Then peel off the skins.
4. Cut the potatoes and mix with the other ingredients.
5. Add more vinegar, salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
