Great Recipes That Are Truly Kid Friendly

Children enjoy helping in the kitchen and you can learn to make simple recipes first. By taking the time to teach their children good nutrition, healthy food, and the food pyramid, which configures in a healthy lifestyle. Childhood obesity is increasing in alarming numbers.  

Too often, fast foods take the place of healthy home-cooked meals. When a child is overweight, they not only suffer harassment by their peers, but the pressure of health problems, heart and blood.  

Teach your children your way around the kitchen with recipes for children. By teaching healthy eating habits, you can prevent these problems with overweight and obesity. Find recipes that include the food pyramid and have their children cook dinner for the whole family!

Here are two recipes to get kids started with:
Egg-cellent Toast
This recipe requires some adult supervision because it is baked in an oven with a pan.


1 piece of bread, toasted1 eggbuttersalt


Cut a 3-inch circle on bread. Heat a pan on the stove over medium heat. Butter one side of the pan and put it in a pan. Allow the bread to cook for 1 minute. Then break the egg on the bread so that the yellow fills the circle. Add a little salt, then return. Eggs simmer for about 2 minutes. Remove from pan. He served for breakfast or a delicious snack. S'more Sandwiches
