How To Make Your Kids Love Filipino Food


                             


Feeding children can be difficult: let them choose your food and garbage will choose, give them healthy food and will not touch. If you are a parent, you are probably familiar with the crises that come with every meal. But it should not be that way, especially if you know your Filipino food. Our dishes are naturally healthy and tasty, so there's sure to be something that your kids will love.

If you are really picky, you can always adjust the old Filipino food recipes to match their tastes. Sometimes it just takes a little extra flavor or a change in presentation. I still do not understand? Here are some things you can do to make your children love Filipino cuisine as well as some recipes you can try.



Plan meals together


Ask your children to help you plan your meals for the week. You can choose a dinner a few days and let them decide the rest of the week. To help them make healthy choices, let them choose Philippine cookbook recipes. The goal is to make them feel involved. If they know that they help to put meals together, they will be more open to their ideas.


When planning your meals, be sure to keep the right balance between your selection and your child. Do not plan for the next day meat dish they choose pork chops or roast. Since the point is to give them control, try not to limit their own decisions. Choose the first and add their own selections to fit around them.


Satisfy your taste


Take the example of his junk food your child likes. Always collect cookies and candies, or he seems to like salty chips and cookies? If you have a sweet tooth (most kids do), sweeten your old recipes, or serve sweets like bacon for breakfast or snacks ginataan dishes.
