Chinese food is a delicious way to expand your personal recipe book, especially if you like to wear simple and fresh ingredients, with little cooking time. These ten best dishes are famous throughout the world and are essential to its collection of Chinese recipes.

Fried rice - a popular theme in Chinese restaurants, fried rice is the ultimate Chinese food, and perhaps one of the most flexible in your cookbook because you can use the rice and ingredients left over to do . Sure, you can use fresh ingredients, but it is recommended to use rice that has been kept in the refrigerator overnight for best results.



 Ingredients generally involved in the manufacture of fried rice are eggs, onion, diced meat or beef, chicken or pork, ham, shrimp, and vegetables such as bean sprouts, peas, celery, corn and carrots. There are many types of fried rice but the most famous are fried rice and Chow Yong Fukien.

Kung Pao Chicken - Kung Pao chicken or Kung Po chicken is a Chinese dish from Sichuan cuisine and is considered a delicacy. The recipe for this tasty dish commonly calls for diced chicken that quickly pre-marinated and fried with roasted peanuts without salt, red pepper, sherry or rice wine, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, sauce oyster and peppers. Alternatively, you can use shrimp, scallops, beef or pork instead of chicken.


Moo Shu Pork - This is a dish of northern origin from China and a favorite of many. The ingredients in a recipe usually involve Mushu pork cabbage, carrots, mushrooms of the ear wood, bean sprouts, onions, scrambled eggs and day lilies buttons. Peppers, pea pods, celery, onions, shiitake mushrooms and bok choy are sometimes used.
